My cable needle is pretty awesome. I started Shedir on Tuesday and it is just zipping along, especially since I adjusted the pattern so it would work with the needles I have. And if the monkey will just relax and have his quiet time (just because he doesn't need naps anymore doesn't mean I don't need the break) I should have a FO up by tonight.

Knitting in the Ghetto

I love that color, of course I love any blue.
Woot! Let's hear it for the paperclips! I've used them too on occasion. They actually are the best thing to use as a stitch marker for crochetting things in the round.
Question: What yarn are you using? I'm going to be knitting this pattern very soon and I'm trying to come up with a good substitution.
